Job Summary
As a Testing & Evaluation Analyst Lead in Digital Document Services you will define and deliver modernized testing strategies focused on automation and AI-enabled solutions. You will lead testing execution partner with global stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in quality through innovative and scalable testing practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of automated and AI-driven testing strategies
- Drive adoption of modern testing tools frameworks and practices
- Define testing standards governance and best practices
- Guide teams in implementing automation and AI-based testing approaches
- Partner with stakeholders to align testing strategy with business objectives
- Continuously improve testing maturity through innovation and data-driven insights
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Strong experience leading automated testing initiatives
- Knowledge of AI-driven testing techniques and tools
