Job Summary
As a Testing & Evaluation Analyst in Digital Document Services you will contribute to modernized testing strategies using automation and AI-driven techniques. You will help build scalable testing frameworks support global stakeholders and enhance quality through innovative and data-driven testing practices in a follow-the-sun model.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute automated UAT and regression testing using modern frameworks
- Apply AI-enabled testing techniques to increase coverage and improve defect detection
- Build and maintain automation scripts and reusable testing assets
- Analyze testing data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities
- Partner with product operations and technology teams to modernize testing processes
- Support continuous improvement of AI-driven testing capabilities
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Experience with automated testing frameworks
- Knowledge of AI or data-driven testing approaches
- Ability to analyze data and identify testing patterns
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting UAT and quality assurance activities
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Exposure to AI/ML testing tools
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments
