We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Buenos Aires team! The ideal candidate will take charge of all facets of the recruiting process and will have a genuine passion for building exceptional teams. The Impact Youll Make:

Conduct end-to-end hiring processes from leading kick-offs to extending the offer to the best-in-market candidate for the role.
Ensure we hire with high standards of quality being mindful of our business culture technical needs and our commitment to Diversity Equity and Inclusion
Handle multiple and diverse roles proactively developing ad-hoc solutions to reach the hiring goals
Drive a world-class candidate experience making sure each touchpointfrom first outreach to final decisionis transparent engaging and human.
Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to assess and understand their specific hiring needs and goals and provide them with regular progress updates
Collaborate with relevant HRBPs to ensure hiring aligns with business and team needs
Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives related to AI Employer Branding DEI Metrics Sources Documentation etc.
Proactively propose improvements in hiring practices
Maintain and update recruitment records on the ATS to keep clear information and report on relevant Talent metrics
Utilize data to share hiring insights and market trends with Hiring Managers and drive process improvement
Leverage modern talent technologies AI sourcing tools and automation to streamline the hiring workflow reduce friction and elevate the candidate experience.

What Youll Bring to Us:

4 years in Full-Cycle tech recruiting with a proven track record sourcing and hiring a diversity of roles within fast-paced international tech companies.
High English proficiency (written and spoken) to comfortably collaborate with global stakeholders and candidates daily.
Comfortable navigating ATS environments (SmartRecruiters experience is a massive bonus) and leveraging metrics to tell a story.
High Ownership & Agility: You take initiative thrive in ambiguity and enjoy the challenges of a super dynamic environment.
Experience representing the company brand at job fairs university events and tech community meetupsactively networking to build long-term talent pipelines. - would be a plus
Track record of collaborating beyond day-to-day sourcing on strategic projects within People - would be a plus
