Talent Acquisition Screener

Ecolab is seeking a Talent Acquisition Global Business Services (GBS) Screener in BA Argentina who play a critical role in the recruitment process by reviewing the initial candidate pool against job requirements to determine the first slate of candidates for the recruiter to review. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to quickly assess candidate qualifications and match them to the jobs needs.

This role will be responsible for:

• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications and job requirements.
• Provide TA Recruiter with a qualified panel of candidates to screen.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a smooth transition of qualified candidates for further consideration.
• Provide feedback to recruiters about the candidate pool and any observed trends or insights.

This role will be accountable for:

• Review candidate applications to evaluate experience & education against job qualifications
• Use an objective mind and with clear understanding of role and duties to assess applicants.
• Retaining applicant resume or details that were omitted in application process.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and screening decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

• 2 years experience in recruitment talent acquisition or a related field.
• Strong understanding of job requirements and the ability to assess candidate qualifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
