Ssr. Learning & Development Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Semi Sr Learning & Development Analyst to design implement and execute development and talent initiatives across the region.

The role combines performance management talent processes and data-driven insights working closely with HRBPs senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive capability building foster leadership development and support employee growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support key talent processes including Talent Reviews Succession Planning and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Design and facilitate development programs workshops and development initiatives for employees across the organization.
• Analyze data monitor participation and generate actionable insights and reports to inform decision-making.
• Support the development of tools and processes related to Learning & Development.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Experience: 3 years of experience in HR Talent Development or Learning & Development.

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration Industrial Engineer Behavioral Sciences or related fields.

Technical Skills

       Proficiency in digital tools and HR systems.

       Workday knowledge is a plus.

       Advanced English.

      Experience collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Core Competencies

       Proven ability to lead meetings workshops and training sessions.

       Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.

       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

       Experience in industrial or operational environments is a plus.
