Job Summary
As a Site Laboratory Specialist at PSI you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing study documents related to laboratory support
- Supporting site selection and site initiation activities with laboratory related matters
- Supporting sites with laboratory kit orders patient eligibility check laboratory query resolution and laboratory qualification questionnaire completion
- Developing and implementing project site specific laboratory control documents and guidelines
- Monitoring laboratory metrics and KPIs on a site level
- Supporting the communication between laboratories site and PSI project team
- Supporting the development of patient enrolment strategies
- Developing and delivering training to the study team and/or clinical sites in laboratory related procedures and laboratory best practices
Qualifications :
- University or college degree in Life Sciences required
- Full working proficiency in English Portuguese is a plus
- At least 4 years experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
- Prior clinical research industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical
- Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently as needed
