ServiceNow Integration Developer

GBS Chevron Global Business Services (GBS) located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero) Argentina is accepting applications for the position of Hybrid Infrastructure Engineer. Successful candidates will join the IT Organization which is part of a multifunction service and technical center with a workforce of more than 1800 employees that deliver business services and solutions to the corporation across the globe.

The ServiceNow Integration Developer is responsible for designing developing and maintaining integrations between the ServiceNow platform and enterprise OT systems.

This role focuses on enabling seamless data exchange automating workflows and ensuring reliable secure and scalable integrations that support business and operational processes.

• Collaborate with ServiceNow Team to design develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with internal and external OT systems.

• Build and manage integrations using ServiceNow APIs and middleware solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to: gather integration requirements define data flows and interfaces.

• Ensure data quality consistency and reliability across integrated systems.

• Monitor troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and failures.

• Implement logging alerting and error handling mechanisms.

• Support automation of workflows and business processes through integrations.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations.

• Proven experience developing ServiceNow integrations.

• Strong experience with: REST / SOAP APIs JSON / XML data formats.

• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Glide API).

• Understanding of: system integration patterns data transformation and mapping.

• Familiarity with: authentication methods (OAuth API keys etc.).

• Ability to work in cross-functional Agile teams.

• Experience with Azure integration services (Logic Apps API Management).

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with tools such as: Azure DevOps monitoring or ITSM tools.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience in enterprise environments (Oil & Gas / OT is a plus).

• ServiceNow certifications (CAD or equivalent).
