Senior UX Designer

Senior UX Designer Responsible for all phases of product design work: distilling research ideation reviews prototyping final spec design and implementation. Partner with Product Engineering Marketing and other cross-functional departments across the company.

Conduct end-to-end UX research initiatives to validate concepts identify opportunities and drive user-centered design strategy

Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into frameworks

Effective creation of information architecture wireframes prototypes and high-quality visual specs
Propose ideas and effective design solutions with a strong emphasis on clean modern and visually compelling execution
Develop user-centered designs that balance usability and aesthetics
Design and deliver engaging user interfaces for web and software applications while also contributing to graphic design projects such as marketing assets brand collateral and occasional print materials
Help build best-in-class user experiences in a fast-paced multi-product environment
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape product solutions that consider users push for innovation prioritize usability and align with business objectives from ideation to launch through maintenance on live products
Bring strong visual design skills to elevate our digital experiences and maintain consistency across design systems branding and interfaces

Requirements:
5 years of experience designing effective full-cycle experiences for web and software applications
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI and visual design typography color layout interaction design and branding
Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools such as: Figma FigJam Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) Jira Confluence Slack
