We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regional or global recruitment exceptional sourcing capabilities and the ability to think and act strategically. This role requires a proactive individual who can build strong partnerships with business leaders HR and senior leadership and provide valuable insights to optimize our recruitment processes.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will take full ownership of their recruitment processes bringing value to every interaction with stakeholders. They will lead all recruitment activities in LATAM and Canada and will support recruitment in Europe as needed. They will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining talent pipelines supporting essential business growth and ensuring a positive candidate experience while adhering to local labor laws and promoting diversity initiatives.



Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews negotiating offers and closing hires across LATAM and Canada and supporting searches Europe as needed.
  • Develop and implement country-specific creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality passive candidates through social media platforms job boards professional networks employee referrals etc.
  • Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines by leveraging market intelligence and analyzing talent trends to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Foster strong partnerships with business leaders HR and senior leadership to understand business priorities and objectives and to fulfill talent needs accordingly.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to hiring managers and interviewers equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to conduct efficient effective and fair recruitment processes.
  • Serve as the global Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a key Talent Acquisition pillar (e.g. sourcing recruitment marketing TA operations interview excellence hiring manager enablement or TA data analytics) driving best practices developing scalable solutions and continuously enhancing recruitment effectiveness across the global TA team.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations and cultivate an inclusive environment that supports diversity initiatives and promotes equal opportunity for all candidates.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in regional (LATAM) or global talent acquisition
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume req load in a fast-paced and agile company across multiple time zones
  • Expert-level sourcing skills with the ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously through various channels
  • Served as a trusted partner to senior leaders with experience advising stakeholders up to the VP level.
  • Exceptional communicator and strategic thinker bringing strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to recruitment challenges.
  • Demonstrated builder mindset with the ability to identify gaps create structure when needed and develop scalable processes frameworks and best practices that improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical biotech or life sciences industries
  • Professional proficiency in Portuguese
  • Experience in leveraging technology and data analytics to monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics extracting actionable insights and optimizing recruitment strategies and sources of hire accordingly.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Behavioral Sciences Psychology Business Marketing or a related field
