Your primary mission will be to architect and deliver secure scalable AI-enabled systems that improve how our business operates. Youll lead the design of intelligent automations AI agents and platform integrations while establishing the engineering standards validation processes and technical direction that enable our development team to confidently build production-ready AI solutions.
Working closely with business stakeholders the Development Team Lead and fellow developers youll transform complex business challenges into reliable software while mentoring others and continuously improving our AI-first development practices.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Years of Experience: 6 years of professional software development experience including ownership of complex production systems.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Must-haves:
Demonstrated expertise using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code GitHub Copilot Cursor or similar.
Extensive experience designing and deploying production AI or LLM-powered applications.
Expert understanding of prompt engineering structured outputs model limitations evaluation methodologies and AI guardrails.
Strong software architecture system design data modeling and integration experience.
Advanced debugging testing and root-cause analysis skills.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs JSON OAuth webhooks version control and secure application development.
Confident hands-on experience with Laravel SQL/MySQL and Eloquent ORM.
Proven experience mentoring developers and collaborating with cross-functional business stakeholders.
