About the role

This position blendsaccounting operations financial analysis and process improvement with a strong focus on ensuring the accuracy of financial information compliance with internal controls and operational efficiency.

You will play an active role in managing key finance processes engaging with global stakeholders and leveraging digital tools to enhance performance and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Participate inmonth-end close processesand financial reporting (R2R)

• Managebilling collections and cash application activities(O2C)

• Performaccount reconciliations and variance analysis

• Ensure compliance withinternal controls and SOX requirements

• Collaborate withglobal teams and internal stakeholders

• Supportprocess standardization documentation and continuous improvement initiatives

What were looking for

Bachelors degree inAccounting or related field
47 years of experiencein R2R O2C or general accounting processes
Background incorporate environments Shared Service Centers or Big4 firms
Experience withERP systems(SAP Oracle Microsoft D365 etc.)
Intermediate to advanced English level
Stronganalytical mindset proactive attitude and teamwork skills
