Job Overview:Aquiva Labs a leading Salesforce PDO and consulting partner is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Product Owner. This role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for client-facing projects aligning client objectives with development teams and bridging communication between technical and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will drive product vision roadmap and backlog in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion customer needs and translate them into product features.
  • Define product vision and roadmap based on measurable business value.
  • Prioritize user stories and manage product backlog in Agile environment.
  • Innovate for ROI using data and user insights.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to define acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct acceptance testing and product demos.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
  • Maintain focus prevent scope creep and drive progress with data-driven metrics.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

  • 3 years of Product Owner experience (preferably all within SF ecosystem)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Technical aptitude

  • Creative problem solving & strategic thinking
  • Analytical & business acumen
  • Salesforce Core Experience
