In Experience Management we support the business in order to identify the right person at the right time in the right place to ensure our people teams and clients are this position you will be responsible to match resource needs with availability while taking into consideration skills required personal preferences of individuals and the overall engagement risk. This entails coordination with other resource managers and client service leaders to balance workloads and address staffing needs as required.

The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior with expertise in data visualization to work with PowerBI dashboards and advanced Excel reports.

Your main responsibilities will be to gather data from various sources and develop extensive dashboards to communicate information to key stakeholders. You will also be expected to develop creative solutions to solve minor to complex problems as they occur within our systems data and/or processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with the clients directly to understand the requirement and provide inputs to build the optimum solutions.
• Put together reports in order to forecast hours needed for a project track actual utilization and monitor total and raise issues identified to Resource Management leadership.
• Understand business requirements of BI context and design a data model to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and implement them through reports that support decision-making.
• Use Power BI to create dashboards and interactive visual reports
• Design develop and deploy business intelligence solutions with SQL queries for best results filters and graphs to better understand your data at all levels for performance improvements and suggestions

• Strong client service focus; responsive to requests and maintains a sense of urgency in resolving issues

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of relative experience
• Microsoft Excel proficiency - experience with Pivot Tables moderately complex formulas conditional formatting creating macros
• Power BI advanced skills
• Strong communication skills

Ideally youll also have

• Familiarity with Alteryx creating & running workflows
• Familiarity with SQL - databases / writing SQL statements
• Power Query & Power Pivot experience
