Role Summary:

The Regional Financial Accounting Analyst leads accounting processes and account analysis for the Southern Cone under both local standards and US GAAP coordinating internal and external audits as well as the design of internal controls. They ensure transparency of financial statements and regulatory compliance for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly closings under US GAAP and local accounting standards.

  • Analyze the accounts assigned to the department.

  • Organize balance sheet reviews to ensure all account analyses are completed accurately and on time.

  • Prepare local financial statements.

  • Coordinate and support the annual external audit process.

  • Manage local statutory accounting books.

  • Prepare the information required for the Tax team to prepare and file income tax returns.

  • Monitor bank reconciliations performed by the CBS.

  • Act as the main liaison between the subsidiary and CBS Accounting R2R.

  • Upload the information required to report FTCQ for both forecasts and actuals.

  • Coordinate the corporate audit process together with the local audit team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Public Accounting Business Administration Economics or related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in similar financial roles preferably in multinational companies.

  • Intermediate to advanced English level.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Solid accounting and financial knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Workspace.

  • SAP knowledge.

  • Experience in multinational companies.

  • Strong analytical and dynamic profile.
