Were looking for a confident Property Acquisition Specialist to connect with property owners uncover selling opportunities and negotiate acquisition agreements. If you enjoy building relationships and achieving sales goals this could be the perfect opportunity.
Youll play a key role in identifying motivated sellers and helping them through every stage of the acquisition process.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to property owners through outbound calls
- Build trust and understand each sellers situation
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline
- Research heirs and property ownership information
- Schedule follow-ups and maintain consistent communication
- Update CRM records accurately
- Consistently achieve individual performance targets
- Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the process
Qualifications
- 12 years of sales customer service or cold-calling experience
- Real estate background required
- Knowledge of Surplus Funds or Unclaimed Funds is an advantage
- Excellent spoken English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organized proactive and comfortable working independently
- Home office with dependable internet and equipment
Required Skills:
We require candidates to have at least 1-2 years of experience in an executive administrative role with a strong preference for those with a background in real estate or Title Companies.
