We are looking for a Printing Supervisor who will be responsible for production line in terms of efficient and effective running of the printing process; managing daily operations and staff performance losses analysis on deviations and propose actions to improve equipment quality and this role you will be part of Printing cell who will contribute to fulfilling factory targets providing the capacity required to accomplish current and future market demand and to achieve factory World Class Manufacturing (WCM) level ambition.
The position is based in La Rioja Argentina and reports to Pre-Press & Printing Process Manager

As Printing Supervisor you will:
- Lead production collaborators assigning roles shifts vacations and overtime
- Oversee compliance with the use of personal protective equipment (EPP) and apply process safety best practices (LOTO) to maintain an environment free of risks and accidents.
- Be responsible for the equipment quality efficiency reliability and people development in the printing area.
- Monitor the result of process key performance indicators (KPIs) and People performance.
- Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety product quality machine efficiency etc.
- Coordinate production schedule among different working processes in collaboration with production planning department.
- Maintain close internal communication with colleagues and Autonomous Maintenance leaders to ensure the achievement of planned production targets.
- Participate and lead World Class Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement related activities using proper Kaizen teams.
- Maintain 5s standards in area
- Bachelors degree in industrial engineering or related.
- Availability to rotate shifts
- Fluent in English & Spanish.
- Proven experience leading and supervising factory workers
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes with dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement (CI) Methodologies like Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
- Intermediate skills in Excel (able to work with dynamic tables functions formulas etc.)
- Nice to have experience managing SAP and power BI.
