This is a critical role for an experienced team member who will act as a specialist in a corefunctional module. You will be the functional specialist driving analysis and execution evolving our systems and processes. You will be expected to independently execute complex operational tasks manage dedicatedworkstreams and play a key role in large-scale projects. Success in this role requires not only efficiencyin execution but also a strategic mindset to constantly analyze diagnose and suggest methods ofoptimization to existing processes and playbooks. You will solve complex problems with limited guidancedriving efficient execution and measurable results across the organization.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Drive Operational Specialization & Process Optimization
Act as the specialist within one simple function module playing a key role in relevantprojects and independently completing complex operation tasks.
Drive efficient execution and achieve strategic results even when solving complexproblems with limited guidance from senior staff.
Proactively diagnose bottlenecks and suggest develop and implement methods foroptimization to existing processes and playbooks.
Be proficient in common data analysis methods and tools including SQL and Pythonapplying them to complex business challenges.
Independently develop reasonable hypotheses for business problems choosing theproper analytical methods and conducting in-depth analyses to drive insights.
Deeply understand the definition logic correlation and inference among variousoperational metrics to provide input for business strategy development.

customers.
An advanced degree (e.g. MBA Master's) in a related field.
