Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Preconstruction Plumbing Procurement Consultant to support commercial construction projects through procurement planning material sourcing vendor coordination and preconstruction support activities.
This role works closely with estimating project management warehouse and field teams to ensure material availability aligns with project schedules and budgets.
The Preconstruction Plumbing Procurement Consultant will oversee procurement activities during preconstruction including takeoffs vendor coordination pricing analysis procurement scheduling and material tracking.
The ideal candidate understands commercial plumbing systems and has experience supporting complex construction projects from planning through procurement.
- Review drawings and specifications
