As a Personal Independence - Senior Manager you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients providing advice and solutions within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will focus on identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact an organizations operations and objectives developing business strategies to effectively manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment.

As a Senior Manager you will leverage your skills and professional acumen to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing diverse and inclusive teams along with your commitment to excellence contributes to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires you will craft and convey clear impactful messages that tell a holistic story. You will apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities validate outcomes with stakeholders and act on feedback. Your role will involve directing teams through complexity demonstrating composure in ambiguous situations and reinforcing professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Leading enterprise risk management initiatives to identify and mitigate potential risks impacting organizational operations and objectives
- Developing and implementing business strategies to manage risks in a rapidly changing environment
- Crafting and conveying clear impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within risk management frameworks
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to enhance risk management processes
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations maintaining composure and focus
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to foster team development and effectiveness
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards including adherence to the firms code of conduct and independence requirements
- Utilizing analytical thinking and data analysis to support risk identification and mitigation efforts
- Promoting business process improvement and continuity through strategic questioning and risk strategy development

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
