As a Personal Independence - CoE Investments - Manager you will play a pivotal role in our Risk and Compliance team focusing on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients. You will provide advice and solutions to help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively.

As a Manager you will lead teams focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style you motivate develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires you will be responsible for developing business strategies to effectively manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment. You will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system taking ownership of projects to validate their successful planning budgeting execution and completion.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of enterprise risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks
- Analyzing and identifying linkages and interactions within complex systems to enhance risk management processes
- Taking ownership of projects including planning budgeting execution and completion to meet organizational objectives
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Collaborating with leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality timelines and deliverables
- Utilizing analytical thinking and data analysis to support risk identification and mitigation efforts
- Developing and refining business processes to improve efficiency and compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to address conflicts and issues effectively
- Upholding professional and technical standards including adherence to the firms code of conduct and independence requirements
- Encouraging innovation and embracing change to enhance risk management practices and team development

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Utilizing Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) frameworks effectively

- Coordinate day-to-day investment operations and service delivery including investment reviews workstream ownership case management workload coordination SLA tracking and escalation management in support of timely and high-quality outcomes.

- Perform investment research and analysis reviewing financial statements prospectuses and investment literature applying judgment to assess relevant facts identify risks and prepare summaries and recommendations for senior review.

- Drive operational excellence and team effectiveness through process improvements quality controls coaching on execution and documentation standards and the use of dashboards workflow tools automation and AI while collaborating closely with AC US and India teams in a One Team environment.
