PAS German Immigration Analyst

As part of theGermanImmigrationteamyou would work onGermanimmigration proceduresand related activities fortheexpatriates from various clients. Youwillreceive training from EY in theGermantechnical areas before beingassigned tothe job. High qualitygood technical knowledgeefficiencyand good communication skillsare the keysuccessfactorsfor this with the clients/expatriatesinFrenchand Englishlanguage.

Specific activities - Staff:

• Preparation of applications for different types of permits: renewals extensions and announcements to authorities

• Preparation of letters of engagements assignment remuneration forms power of attorneys justification/motivation.

• Drafting ofletters/emails to authorities for sending documentation.

• Track of Immigration Procedures in EY tools.

• Participation in weekly calls with the Seniors and Managers in charge of the accounts.

• Keep the Senior in charge of the team informed of the progress of their work.

• Participation intechnicaltrainings.

KeyRequirements

• Advanced students or graduates inInternational Relationstourism and hospitalityEconomics careersTranslators.

• C1 level ofGermanlanguage certification or equivalent proficiency both written and verbal is requiredin ordertosuccessfully execute theday-to-daywork.

• Fluency in English language - both written and verbal

• Any experience of working withImmigration procedureswill be an added advantage

• Prior work experience in a corporate environment is not a requirement but would be an advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Full-time position Location CABA.
