Job Summary
This is a first-line hands-on people leadership role supporting a local team of Presentation Specialists. The focus is on day-to-day execution prioritization coaching and performance support to deliver timely high-quality client solutions.
Shift: MondayFriday 1:00 pm 10:00 pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily guidance prioritization and support to Presentation Specialists to ensure processes and methodologies are followed
- Track work in progress and team coverage; monitor core metrics (demand vs. capacity) and escalate risks/issues to management
- Support onboarding and training; provide ongoing feedback and coaching to drive quality and timeliness
- Ensure adherence to HR/Compliance and departmental policies and procedures including health & safety guidelines
- Foster a positive inclusive team environment; remove blockers and drive rapid resolution for clients
- Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation in partnership with management and global partners
Required Qualifications Skills and Capabilities:
- Bachelors degree
- Advanced English
- 3 years of relevant operations/service delivery experience
- Proven experience leading a team is required.
Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to KPI tracking and basic workforce planning
