The Position

• Plan supervise and oversee menu-based catering
• Successfully managing mentoring and developing your culinary team including kitchen hands cooks and chefs
• Deliver to our clients high expectations of a premium experience
• Champion the significance and accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
• Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene safety and cleanliness

The Person

• Unwavering passion for food cooking and creating nutritious meals
• Proven experience leading mentoring and developing high-performing teams
• Skilled in stock control ordering budgeting and food cost management
• Committed to sustainable practices and sourcing local produce
• Experienced in overseeing daily operations staff training and performance management; Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
