Markets Asset Services Associate

In this role you will face a range of challenges including:

• Out-of-the-box thinking to resolve daily queries from multiple stakeholders across the business including clients.
• Performing daily analytical activities applying your knowledge skills and independent judgment to identify root causes and drive resolution.
• Building strong partnerships with key stakeholders and finding practical ways to collaborate effectively.
• Managing a small team supporting performance prioritization and day-to-day delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring analyzing and processing income-related transactions across multiple proprietary and vendor platforms.
• Facilitating accurate and timely income processing for all in-scope products across markets.
• Owning and resolving booking issues impacting clients demonstrating strong accountability and client-oriented focus.
• Creating strong working relationships with the teams you interact with and partnering day-to-day to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Speaking up with ideas to address process and technology gaps and driving initiatives through to completion.
• Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are consistently met including coverage planning and adherence to controls.
• Escalating issues promptly with clear communication and appropriate prioritization.
• Supporting and managing team members by allocating work coaching on problem-solving and controls providing feedback and helping build a high-performing collaborative team culture.
