Your goal will be to ensure that the site manufacturing & support activities without interruption without any facilities shortages and/or any issues thereof. You will achieve 100%compliance to Local legal regulations Quality Health Safety & Environmentmanagement systems are responsible for the management and maintenance of site facilities buildings and equipment(s)(hardware & software).
How you will contribute
You will:
- Works cross functionally to develop and implement a strategic Facilities road-map and annual operating plan which is a competitive advantage toMondelēz. Partner with internal & external stakeholders and service providers to define and meet Safety Quality Cost Delivery SustainabilityEngagement goals. Establish a strong governance to review & control Operational performance and continuous Improvement plan to deliver against bestin class both internally and externally.
- Lead and be accountable that Building Maintenance program Facilities maintenance program capabilities including maintenance repairs & overall operations are in place. Accountable to insure adherence to business continuity plan manufacturing standards government regulations are understood by all employees/services providers at the site regularly reviewed and monitored for effective implementation.
- Provide leadership coaching to Facilities team towards implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working:delivering zerobreakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams; PM (Progressive Maintenance)Pillar and CBM (condition based monitoring) Visual controls & tools Mgmt. Lubrication mgmt. & Calibration of equipment(s) etc.
- Role model Values and principles through effective coaching mentoring and builds skills capability across the Plant technical/engineering team to engagewith latest modern practices. Have a clear people succession and resource plan for the asset & technology population identifying and implementing criticallevers to attract retain and develop critical talent
- Interface with key stakeholders internally and externally to develop and maintain effective relationships align priorities in order to deliver the company objectives and goals.

- Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance 5s LEAN 6 sigma toolsand concepts Safety & GMP standards
- An Engineer with a strong financial & business acumen project management skills and Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipmentPM (Progressive Maintenance) expertise Spare parts management SAP PM module end user knowledge Technology & Engineering automation basics.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) coaching and leadership skills in a team-based environment. Demonstrated abilities in Analytics problemsolving and team building
The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for the comprehensive management of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all plant equipment as well as the supervision of services and infrastructure. This role is crucial for optimizing resources implementing innovative technical solutions and fostering synergies that continuously drive the productivity and efficiency of our operations.
Maintenance Management:
- Plan organize and supervise Preventive and Corrective Maintenance activities for all plant equipment aligned with the Maintenance Managers guidelines.
- Ensure optimal performance and availability of the plants services and general infrastructure.
Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
- Lead initiatives for the optimization of maintenance resources seeking and implementing technical solutions and fostering cross-departmental collaboration to achieve efficiencies.
- Build and ensure compliance and progress of the Productive Maintenance Pillar plan.
- Provide technical support necessary knowledge transfer and guidance so that the operations team (Autonomous Maintenance) achieves its objectives and as a team accomplishes the scheduled step changes.
Budget Management:
- Understand and make appropriate use of the annual budget allocated for spare parts and services expenses ensuring compliance with monthly and annual financial objectives.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure adherence to Integrated Management Systems (Quality Safety Health and Environment) in accordance with the companys internal policies.
- Actively collaborate in meeting the Basic Business Criteria (BBC) and the plants strategic objectives.
Education:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering Electromechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles within maintenance and services areas.
- Experience in leadership and team management.
- Previous experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is highly desirable.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in SAP is highly desirable.
- Solid knowledge and experience in the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Lean Six Sigma and HPWS.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose efficient technical solutions.
- Effective communication skills teamwork leadership and results orientation.
