As a Lead Software Engineer you will serve as a technical authority across entire business domains shaping company-wide engineering strategy and driving the architectural evolution of large-scale distributed systems that power our core platform for tens of millions of customers. 1. Architectural Leadership: Defining long-term technical vision and architecture roadmaps across business area balancing immediate business goals with long-term system sustainability.

3. Cross-Team Influence: Demonstrated history of steering large-scale technical initiatives aligning competing priorities across multiple engineering teams.
