Job Summary

To support this mission Syngentas Crop Protection Development Team is seeking a Latam Project Manager Coordinator in Buenos Aires. 

Accountabilities 

  • Contributing to the planning and development of projects.
  • Supporting the coordination and management of projects.
  • Researching information as required and analyzing data for project execution.
  • To monitor progress and identify any issues and to make adjustment to the projects if necessary. 
  • Provide with project updates to stakeholders about strategy progress and manage stake-holder expectative.
  • Lead meetings and to develop documents to monitor the projects.
  • Coordinate with other project managers to monitor other projects executions.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications :

Required  

  • Academic level: Knowledge in biological sciences: agronomist biology or chemistry business administrator engineer with process skills.
  • Specialization in project management (diploma masters degree certificate etc.).
  • English: level B2 or C1 (written and verbal).
  • 1-3 years in project management.
  • Data science basic level.
  • AI tool.
  • MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Critical thinking: planning analysis creativity and innovation.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask.
  • Proactive flexible dynamic and adaptation capabilities negotiation skills.
  • Learship and teamwork skills effective communication (written and verbal) persuasive.
  • Work under pressure sense of urgency problem-solving skills.
  • Good attitude and emotional Intelligence.
  • Collaboration across boundaries.
