Ecolab is seeking an Enterprise Excellence Leader based in Buenos Aires (Argentina) Bogotá (Colombia) or Perú (Lima)
About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to drive Enterprise Excellence across Latin America South Central & Caribbean (LASC). In this role you will lead business transformation initiatives accelerate growth and improve operational efficiency through Lean methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. This is a high-impact role working closely with senior leadership to shape the future of the region.
What Youll Do
Lead the Enterprise Excellence strategy across LASC
Drive Lean / Operational Excellence transformation
Manage high-impact regional programs and projects
Accelerate growth and improve productivity
Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities
Implement governance KPIs and performance tracking
Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Projects This Role Would Lead
Lean transformation and productivity initiatives
Enterprise Excellence governance and KPI deployment
Cross-functional process improvement programs
Capability building and best-practice standardization
Digital enablement dashboards and automation projects
What Were Looking For
4 years in transformation consulting or operational excellence
Strong Lean / Continuous Improvement background
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred
Experience with DMAIC Kaizen VSM RCA and 5S
Experience with governance KPIs and performance tracking
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Power BI automation or digital tools experience is a plus
Advanced English and strong communication skills
Change management and capability building experience
