What youll do
- Own and drive the remediation book of work keeping plans on track and outcomes measurable.
- Coordinate analysis on impacted populations scope and business impact to support informed decision-making.
- Leadend-to-end root cause analysisfrom identifying issues to helping design deliver and embed fixes.
- Partner acrossCompliance Operations Technology and Productto buildscalable controls and processes leveragingstrategic infrastructure and intelligent automationwhere it makes sense.
- Providegovernance support across KYC activities including tracking transparency andearly escalationof risks or blockers.
- Support global stakeholders and GPO leads withmetrics reporting and deck preparation/reviewfor senior audiences.
- Run internal controlsand help ensure established protocols and standards are consistently followed.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

- Logical structured approach to planning problem solving and decision-making
- Excellent verbal written interpersonal and presentation skills
- Aptitude for learning new regulations processes and technologies
- Bachelor degree or equivalent education and a predisposition to intellectual curiosity
Fluent in English
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Alteryx Visual Basic or other technical skills
- Experience working in a professional services firm or financial services firm
