The Opportunity

We are looking for aPresales Manager /GMxPayroll Win Center Managerwith a strong focus onintegrated Payroll services. In this role you will lead end-to-end presales and pursuit activities driving complex multi-stakeholder opportunities and delivering high-quality competitive proposals that win business.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree required; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred

• 10 years of experiencein Presales Bid Management Commercial or Business Development roles

• Experience inBPO /ITeS/ Managed Servicesenvironments

• Exposure toPayroll and HR services/technologiesis a strong plus

• Strong knowledge ofcommercial modeling pricing and CRM tools

• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency inMS Office / O365;PowerBI advanced Excel and bid automation tools are a plus

• Ability to work in aglobal virtual and matrix organizationunder tight deadlines
