Field Service Engineer:
As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for providing onsite and remote technical support to customers ensuring the performance reliability and safety of Philips equipment.
Your role:
Perform preventive maintenance corrective maintenance fault diagnosis upgrades repairs and installations on Philips equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established diagnostic tools and procedures.
Respond to customer escalations and technical concerns ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Maintain accurate and complete service documentation through ServiceMax and other Philips systems.
Submit service reports worksheets expense reports and administrative documentation accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with Philips quality processes safety standards and training requirements.
Youre the right fit if:
Bachelors degree in Biomedical Electronic Systems Engineering or a related technical field with at least 4 years of experience supporting healthcare technologies in hospital or clinical environments.
Experience supporting diagnostic imaging equipment preferably
Digital X-Ray (DXR) Image-Guided Therapy (IGT) or related modalities.
Strong customer-facing troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
You have intermediate English skills including the ability to read and understand technical manuals and service documentation.
You are available to travel within Argentina.
A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle are preferred but not mandatory.
You are available to work an afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This is a field role.
