Executive Assistant to Head of Marketing

To support this mission Syngentas Marketing team is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Marketing Head LATAM & Sur in Vicente Lopez Buenos Aires Argentina. This role will provide executive support to the Marketing Head LATAM & Sur managing a dynamic agenda coordinating key interactions and ensuring priorities meetings and follow-up actions are handled with accuracy and sound addition the role will provide high-level support to the Marketing team bringing a consultative creative and engaging perspective to team communications meetings and workshops.

Accountabilities

• Provide high-level executive support to the Marketing Head LATAM & Sur managing a dynamic agenda and making informed decisions to optimize time and priorities.
• Coordinate meetings business trips and key activities anticipating requirements and ensuring smooth execution across internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact between the Marketing Head the Marketing team and other business areas facilitating timely and effective communication.
• Develop and coordinate presentations meeting materials and action follow-ups transforming inputs from different teams into clear and well-structured content.
• Contribute to Marketing meetings workshops and team communications by bringing a consultative creative and engaging perspective that encourages collaboration and participation.

Qualifications :

Required

• University degree or advanced studies in Business Administration Communications Institutional Relations or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience providing executive assistance to senior leaders preferably within a multinational or complex corporate environment.
• Advanced English with the ability to communicate confidently with local regional and global stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing complex agendas travel arrangements and multiple competing priorities including organizing workshops team events and meetings.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office particularly Outlook and PowerPoint and confidence in adopting new digital tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of autonomy judgment adaptability confidentiality and attention to detail.

Desired

• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity organize information or support the preparation of presentations and meeting materials while applying sound judgment when handling confidential information.
