Were looking for a DevOps Manager with expertise in cloud and web architecture design development strategy deployment automation DevSecOps and agile delivery to join our EY-Advisory-DE Team. This role will support secure cloud delivery operational excellence and development strategy across client transformation programs.

EY GDS Digital Engineering is a unique industry-focused business unit that provides a broad range of integrated services that leverage deep industry experience with strong functional capability and product knowledge.

Your key responsibilities

Lead cloud and web architecture design development strategy and technical delivery planning.

Define and govern deployment automation and DevSecOps practices across delivery teams.

Guide teams working across Azure and AWS cloud environments with emphasis on security reliability and operational readiness.

Oversee Azure DevOps pipelines Git/GitHub practices GitHub Actions Ansible Tower EY Building Blocks and S-SDLC adoption.

Manage containerized platform delivery using Kubernetes and Docker.

Drive agile delivery using Scrum Kanban and modern engineering execution practices.

Provide ownership and operational leadership for support ServiceNow processes incident management and resolution.

Ensure system monitoring production support service continuity and continuous improvement practices are in place.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and security needs into actionable technology roadmaps.

Coach team members review delivery quality and establish engineering operational and security best practices.

Skills and attributes for success

Technical attributes:

Cloud & Web Architecture Design and Development Strategy.

Deployment Automation and Dev(Sec)Ops.

Agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban.

Microsoft Azure / MS Azure and AWS cloud environments.

Automation: Azure DevOps pipelines Git GitHub including GitHub Actions Ansible Tower EY Building Blocks and S-SDLC.

Containers and orchestration: Kubernetes and Docker.

Operations tooling and support: ownership model ServiceNow production support and service governance.

Scripting and automation: Bash and PowerShell.

Databases/querying: SQL.

Operations: Incident Management & Resolution and System Monitoring.

Cyber security consulting with focus on Operations DevSecOps and Cloud Security.

Management attributes:

Experience leading architecture discussions technical governance and delivery strategy across multidisciplinary teams.

Experience communicating technical study conclusions through written reports and presentations using tools such as PowerPoint Excel and Word.

Experience working under agile delivery methodology and driving Scrum/Kanban execution.

Experience with researching new products/tools rapid prototyping and defining reusable delivery accelerators.

Experience managing operational ownership incident resolution stakeholder communication and continuous improvement.

To qualify for the role you must have

• A bachelors or masters degree.
• Experience in Cloud & Web Architecture Design and Development Strategy.
• Experience leading deployment automation and DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines Git/GitHub GitHub Actions Ansible Tower and S-SDLC.
• Experience with Kubernetes Docker ServiceNow Bash PowerShell and SQL.
• Experience in Operations Incident Management & Resolution and System Monitoring.
• Experience applying agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
