Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Enable automation tooling and team delivery: Develop and maintainAnalytical Tools contribute to automation and operational enhancement initiatives collaborate with global teams on projects/UAT and support/coach analysts to meet production deadlines.
- Build tools and drive process improvement: Develop/maintain Excel-based tools and templates; automate manual steps where possible and streamline workflows using large datasets to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Required skills & qualifications
- 5 years experience in financial analytics data operations data management or a closely related field
- Bachelors degree in Economics Accounting Finance Information Systems or another quantitative discipline
- Advanced Excel Alteryx and Tableau or similar analytics/visualization tools capabilities (analysis reconciliation data-quality validation/checks)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a time-sensitive environment
- Proven ability to design build and automate data architectures processes and workflows
- Experience delivering end-to-end analytics outputs including dashboard development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies
- Working knowledge of financial instruments and multi-asset markets
- Hands-on experience using Databricks for analytics and reporting/dashboarding use cases
Preferred skills & qualifications
- Experience operating in a controlled environment (documented procedures data-quality controls auditability)
