Location: Remote - Colombia or Argentina
Working Hours: Eastern Time (NYC) Hours Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract Type: Independent Contractor

What will you be doing

  • Support Team Growth: Join the Go-to-Market (GTM) team our sales and account management organization focused on winning new business and growing relationships across both the sell-side (advisors brokers owners) and buy-side (private equity family offices search funds).
  • Proactive Engagement: Execute key tasks to support growth across members by proactively engaging with prospects and existing customers via phone and email.
  • Account Management: Manage critical processes ensure our internal systems remain accurate and handle proactive outreach to members whose platform usage is waning.
  • Build Trust: Earn members trust and ensure positive outcomes to bolster our reputation for excellence in every interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment: Understand unique member investment goals and go-to-market strategies to ensure they are effectively set up to see success on the platform.
  • Engagement KPIs: Drive key performance indicators around member engagement with the product through consistent phone and email interaction.
  • Operational Execution: Deliver on core account management tasks including:
    • Proactive prospect and member outreach to drive improved platform usage.
    • 20 connected calls a week promptly responding to inbound requests and launching email campaigns.
    • Salesforce admin processing including contract processing and verification.
    • Managing help requests via phone and email.
  • Product Advocacy: Report common product and service feedback to the appropriate internal teams to drive platform evolution.
  • Internal Collaboration: Attend and participate in regular internal meetings and contribute to internal projects and initiatives as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 to 10 years of professional experience with credible and demonstrated experience in a quota-carrying role within B2B sales account management or customer success.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure and GTM experience in or around investment banking private equity or financial services in the North American market is a strong plus.
  • Communication: Candidates must communicate in English with fluency confidence and clarity. While fluency levels may vary 100% of what the candidate says must be clearly understandable.
  • Performance History: Referenceable history of achieving increasing levels of excellence in personal or professional settings.
  • Core Skills: Highly responsive organized tech-savvy detail-oriented eager to learn and flexible.
  • Attitude: Positive and professional work attitude with a strong commitment to taking ownership communicating deliberately and consistently delivering high-quality work.
  • Logistics: Must have a fully reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work and availability to travel to New York 34 times a year for company-wide in-office work weeks.

Compensation

Compensation is structured as: Base Salary Uncapped Variable Compensation On-Target Earnings (OTE).

  • Base Salary Range: $30000 $60000 USD
  • Variable Compensation: Uncapped top performers have a real path to earning well above the base range.
  • OTE is typically split roughly 6070% base / 3040% variable.
  • Where a candidate lands within the range is determined by years of relevant experience skillset and interview performance.
