Job Summary
- Proven experience as a Software Engineering Lead Technical Lead AI Engineering Lead or similar leadership role.
- Strong hands-on software development experience with proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python JavaScript and/or Java.
- Experience building and delivering full-stack applications throughout the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong experience integrating AI technologies Machine Learning solutions and/or Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines automation and modern software delivery processes.
- Experience leading engineering teams within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
- Advanced English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience building AI-native products or AI-powered enterprise solutions.
- Experience with Generative AI frameworks LLM orchestration RAG architectures vector databases and AI deployment strategies.
- Experience designing scalable distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Previous experience mentoring senior engineers and developing technical leadership capabilities within teams.
- Lead mentor and support a team of 36 engineers across multiple Scrum teams.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Provide regular coaching performance feedback and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Collaborate with project leaders and stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
- Dedicate 4050% of time to hands-on software development architecture code reviews and technical problem-solving.
- Provide technical leadership for the design development and integration of AI-powered solutions.
- Guide the implementation of end-to-end systems across frontend backend cloud and infrastructure layers.
- Drive the adoption of AI Machine Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs) within company products and services.
- Ensure engineering best practices code quality scalability security and operational excellence.
- Support Agile delivery processes and help teams successfully execute multiple concurrent projects.
- Stay current with emerging technologies industry trends and advancements in AI and software engineering.
