To oversee the company s treasury operations manage liquidity and cash flow ensure optimal capital structure manage banking relationships and mitigate financial risks through sound treasury policies and practices. The Treasurer plays a key role in ensuring financial stability and supporting ISRAR Holding s growth and investment strategies.
- Monitor and manage daily cash positions across all business units and subsidiaries.
- Ensure efficient cash utilization liquidity availability and optimal working capital management
- Oversee cash forecasting processes and treasury reporting.
- Maintain and enhance the company s cash pooling and netting strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Accountin
- 5 years min experience
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
