Perform maintenance inspection and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems fire suppression systems fire pumps and firefighting equipment in commercial facilities.
Prepare and submit detailed ITM (Inspection Testing and Maintenance) reports.
Ensure all fire safety systems comply with NFPA standards and Qatar Civil Defense regulations.
Maintain and service life safety systems in commercial sectors ensuring reliability and safety.
Coordinate with high-profile clients and provide professional technical support.
Keep accurate records of all maintenance inspections and service activities.
Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance as needed.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent trade certification in Electrical Instrumentation or Electronics.
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial fire system maintenance and life safety systems.
Strong in-depth knowledge of fire alarm systems fire suppression systems fire pumps and firefighting equipment.
Proficient in preparing detailed ITM reports.
Thorough understanding of NFPA standards codes and Qatar Civil Defense regulations.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills especially with high-profile clients.
Ability to work independently and lead maintenance teams when required.
