Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AC Technician to join our team in Kuwait. The candidate will be responsible for installation maintenance and troubleshooting of various air conditioning systems in residential and commercial environments ensuring efficient and reliable cooling performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install service and repair Split AC Window AC Package Units and Central AC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Handle refrigerant gas charging leak detection and compressor servicing
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Supervise and guide junior technicians
- Maintain service reports and documentation
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an AC Technician
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and air conditioning technologies
- Experience in handling central cooling systems and large installations
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Knowledge of safety standards and refrigerant handling
- Leadership and team management skills
- GCC experience preferred (not mandatory)
Required Skills:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field Both freshers and experienced candidates (minimum 2 years) are eligible. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration cycles Experience with Split AC Window AC Central AC and refrigeration units Knowledge of electrical components and troubleshooting Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams Familiarity with safety standards and procedures GCC experience preferred (not mandatory) Good problem-solving and technical skills Age 22-30 years of age
Required Education:
12th Pass Graduate (3 to 6 months vocational training in F&B)Diploma in Hotel Management.
