We are seeking for an accomplished and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its strategic operational and technological direction. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and scale a next-generation defense organization focused on innovation advanced systems development and global competitiveness.
The CEO will oversee the research development design manufacturing and delivery of cutting-edge technologies and defense systems for both government and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute a comprehensive corporate strategy aligned with defense and aerospace market demands regulatory frameworks and national security priorities.
- Lead organizational growth transformation and operational excellence from inception to full-scale implementation.
- Represent the company in high-level engagements with government entities defense ministries and international industry partners.
Technology & Innovation Oversight:
- Direct and oversee R&D initiatives in advanced areas such as aerospace propulsion radar systems unmanned platforms AI-enabled defense technologies and space systems.
- Champion innovation and ensure the integration of advanced technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with research institutions global defense contractors and technology firms.
Program & Project Development:
- Supervise major defense contracts technology programs and product development initiatives.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects in alignment with quality cost and schedule objectives.
- Oversee compliance risk management and adherence to national and international defense standards.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Background: Defense Technology Software IP Network Communications Avionics
- Years of Experience: 15 20 years in the same or related field
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale defense or aerospace programs and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of defense procurement frameworks technological innovation and regulatory compliance.
- Advanced degree in Engineering Defense Studies Aerospace Technology or related discipline; MBA or Doctorate preferred.
- Proven record of executive leadership strategic vision and stakeholder engagement at the highest level.
