The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include: Analyze and document current business processes across Manufacturing, Order Management, Sales, and Supply Chain to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to align process enhancements with business goals and ERP capabilities, ensuring seamless integration across functions. Design and document future-state workflows using tools like Visio or Lucidchart, creating clear process maps for technical and business teams. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and validate ERP processes tailored to site-specific needs. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user stories, and system specifications, adhering to company standards. Lead training efforts and provide post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption of ERP modules and other technological solutions. Oversee implementation efforts, including data migration, configuration testing, and system setup, ensuring alignment with project goals. Monitor and document long-term system maintenance needs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and scalability. The ideal candidate for this position will have: Experience : 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis or operations roles, preferably with ERP implementation or process design responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize workflows in Manufacturing, Order Management, Sales, Supply Chain Management, and others. Education : Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline, is an asset. Relevant certifications, such as CBAP, ITIL, or ERP-specific credentials (e.g., Oracle, SAP, IFS), are an asset. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced formulas. Expertise in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN software. Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying is a plus. Soft Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex workflows and propose actionable solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users effectively. High competency in multi-tasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines within fast-paced environments. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders and drive consensus.
