We deliver tools that bring transparency speed and automation to global production environments. Now were growing our technical team and looking for top talent based in Jordan to join us remotely.
Were hiring a Senior Backend Python Developer to lead backend development efforts build scalable APIs improve database performance and integrate platforms such as Azure DevOps. Youll collaborate with a distributed team and have opportunities to work with advanced technologies including machine learning and large language models (LLMs).
Tasks
- Design and develop backend APIs using FastAPI
- Optimize and maintain PostgreSQL databases for performance and reliability
- Integrate external systems and APIs particularly Azure DevOps
- Participate in system design architecture discussions and code reviews
- Collaborate with frontend ML and product teams across time zones
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
Requirements
35 years of backend development experience with Python
Strong experience with FastAPI and PostgreSQL
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
Familiarity with Azure DevOps Git workflows and CI/CD practices
Interest or experience in machine learning or LLMs is a plus
Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken is must.
Self-organized reliable and eager to contribute to a growing agile team
Based in Jordan and available to work remotely
