Detailed Job Description
5 years of Information Technology experience
Overall 4 years of relevant experience in testing projects related to Workday HCM Applications Should have experience in HCM Modules (Core HR Compensation Recruitment Talent Benefits Payroll etc...) Gathering the test requirements creating the test steps as per Test Scenarios.
Develop test cases and test scenarios to perform UAT SIT regression and E2E Testing. Review test plans and test documents to ensure all requirements are covered.
Works with the Senior Test Lead to ensure test processes and procedures are followed. Design and based on requirements relevant to automated test planning.
Good Knowledge on Automation testing for workday using automation tools
Identify and investigate issues found during testing.
Document maintain and communicate issues found during test execution through defect tracking tool.
Should prepare detailed test reports Ex: Test execution Defects requirements and traceability.
Testing the new enhancements and configurations in Workday business processes as per Business requirement
