Class A Assembler:

Seeking a skilled Class A Assembler with experience in plenums/driver for aircooled heat exchangers. Must be proficient in tasks such as tube expansion hydro and dry out processes and N2 purge. The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach and instruct others on all assembly tasks including reading blueprints calculating expansion measurements and operating tube expansion equipment. Responsibilities also include plug and cover duties testing procedures and overhead crane and forklift operation. Strong communication skills are essential for teaching and leading others in the assembly of aircooled heat exchangers or similar industries. Candidates should be physically capable of working on their feet six days per week lifting 50 lbs. and have rigging knowledge for overhead crane operations. Safetyconscious individuals who can detect and prevent unsafe acts are preferred.

Class B Assembler:

Class B Assembler responsibilities include using portable grinders and hand tools to remove small quantities of metal drilling tapping and riveting components together. This role also involves installing moving parts aligning gears and operating tuberolling equipment. Prior experience in hydro testing or product testing is beneficial. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail be able to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace. While prior experience is preferred we welcome individuals who are eager to learn and grow in this role.
