Successfully manage multiple wedding photography and videography projects simultaneously ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
Develop project plans schedules and budgets allocating resources effectively and proactively addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
2 Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle providing regular updates addressing inquiries and managing expectations.
Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive communication responsiveness and personalized service ensuring a positive experience and repeat business.
3 Creative Direction and Coordination:
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision preferences and expectations for wedding photography and videography providing guidance and creative direction as needed.
Coordinate with photographers videographers and other creative team members to ensure alignment with client preferences and project requirements.
4 Timeline and Workflow Management:
Develop and maintain production schedules and workflows for wedding photovideo projects coordinating tasks and deadlines across various team members and vendors.
Anticipate and mitigate potential bottlenecks or delays in the production process proactively managing resources and priorities to meet project milestones.
5 Quality Assurance and Deliverable Review:
Conduct regular quality checks and reviews of project deliverables ensuring accuracy consistency and adherence to client specifications and company standards.
Solicit feedback from clients and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.
6 Vendor and Supplier Coordination:
Liaise with external vendors suppliers and partners involved in wedding photovideo projects including venues equipment rentals and printing services to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
Negotiate contracts manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes to secure the necessary resources and services for project execution.
7 Team Leadership and Development:
