Web Development And CRM Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

The Web Development Manager is in charge of the development execution and continuous improvement of multichannel customer engagement initiatives as well as the creation of programs roadmaps and customer relationship strategies.

He/She also manages the technical infrastructure for fulfilling web services through a fullservice website apps online software and other digital customer platforms.

He/she understands how to use consumer behavioral lifestyle transactional and demographic data to deliver relevant marketing programs through multiple communication channels with the goal of increasing customer engagement buyer confidence loyalty and lifetime value to the business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Website Development and Management
Plan implement manage monitor and upgrade all of the organizations digital customer touchpoints especially websites and CEEs

Marketing CRM Management

Drive CRM initiatives implement effective customer engagement strategies and oversee execution of campaigns across all platforms

Customer Data Management

Manage maintain and improve data management and accuracy while analyzing and interpreting these data to inform business development and campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience in CRM implementation and management preferably with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress Drupal).
• Experience managing web development projects from conception to completion including budgeting and timeline management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail.
