Water/Wastewater Project Manager

• Project management duties including estimating hours, drafting a budget and defining a project
  
• Build/manage the project plan (phases, tasks, timelines, contingencies and description of critical paths
  
• Lead team meetings and distribution meeting minutes
  
• Initiate changes to scope, addendum and change orders
  
• Build/maintain client relationships
  
• Lead proposal development/interview preparation phases
  
• Identify time/resources needed to deliver the project
  
• Assign tasks and closely monitor progress to ensure project is on schedule and within budget
  
• Resolve conflicts immediately
  
• Monitor budget to resolve issues (scope creep, cost overruns, change orders, delays)
  
• Identify issues and develop solutions
  

• B.S. in engineering
  
• Master s degree in civil or environmental engineering preferred
  
• P.E. License
  
• 6+ years of experience as a P.E.
  
• Experience managing projects worth $50,000 in design fees with an annual revenue of at least $300,000
  
• Involvement in one or more industry professional organizations
