Tasks

1. Receive unpack and check all incoming shipments. Conduct simple quality inspection and register inbound entry to system
   
2. Pick and pack inventory for outgoing shipments against delivery orders and any other related documentation. Register outbound entry to system.
3. Report and notify order processing team for all discrepancies in incoming or outgoing shipments.
4. Coordinate with transporter
5. Perform housekeeping duties to ensure our warehouse is kept tidy and clean
6. Manage monthly stocktaking
7. Perform any other adhoc warehouse duties that may be assigned

Requirements

1. At least 2 years working experience in warehouse operations
2. Computer literate and knows how to operate the basic MS office applications
3. Physically fit and understand the need to always apply safety gear (e.g. Safety Shoes)
4. Has initiative and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
