Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
At least 5 years of experience in Vulnerability management.
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Security certifications preferred.
Identify information security policy and standards areas by leveraging inputs and observations from the peer analysis and information security strategy.
Indepth knowledge of Federal IT security policies standards guidelines and industry best practices as well as a good understanding of the government certification and accreditation processes.
At least 5 years of experience in Vulnerability management.
Bachelors Degree preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
Reviewing and analyzing vulnerability data to identify trends and patterns.
Advising employees responsible for remediation on the best reduction and remediation practices.
Operating the vulnerability scanning tool set for example Nexpose and Tenable.
Improving businesswide knowledge and understanding of emerging threats.
Influencing the development of vulnerability management standards and security policies.
Stand up the Vulnerability Management governance team.
Operating vulnerability management processes suggesting applicable change controls and security exceptions.
Designing and implementing vulnerability reporting and monitoring solutions.
Maintaining and updating process guides.
Assisting with reporting to leadership and service stakeholders.
Assisting and supporting the manager in incident handling/investigations.
Performing riskbased technical assessments on technical vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with Customer Vulnerability Management team to prepare weekly Vulnerability Management program overview metrics reports for business groups/regions.
Access Tanium reports and build reports and drive weekly meetings with Customer stakeholders.
Timely follow up on remediation related alerts and action items.
Tracking the outstanding issues and report to CISO & Business teams and work towards backlog reduction.
Provide timely updates and status reports.
