Position :- VMWare EngineerLocation :- Atlanta , GA INITIALLY REMOTEClient :-Tech Mahindra Duration:- Full Time Job Description Expertise experience on Virtualization, ESX and VMWare Hands on experience with VMWare and Managing and troubleshooting skills in VMWare ESXi Server Infrastructure. vSphere systems administration/support (VMotion, HA, DRS, VDS, Affinity rules, VCenter, storage migrations, P2V migrations Troubleshooting / Root cause identification Install / Configure /Upgrade Virtual platform environment Configure and Manage multipath solution for SAN storage LUNs Good hands on the command line of ESX. Good hands on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of ESX server environment. Good understanding of HA and DRS environments. Upgrade and Maintain VMWare ESX and GSX servers and virtual sessions Complex Health Checking. Performance and capacity management on VMWare servers Work on major severity and complex server issues RCA preparation and meeting SLA for RCA submission. Planning and implementing fixes / Patches Work with Change & Problem Management Tools Create regular reports for Management requirements Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes Analyze Problems & escalate to appropriate Levels. The ability to understand customer requirements and present solutions that will meet business objectives
